Through our partnership with the Clinical Training Institute, we provide structured training experiences designed to support the growth of counseling, psychology, and social work trainees.
Our focus is not only on clinical skill development, but on cultivating integrity, accountability, and professional identity within the field.
Internship Training Program
The Counseling and Mental Health Internship Program provides supervised, practical experience in counseling, behavioral health, and social human services. Interns gain hands-on exposure to clinical practice while supporting outreach, psychoeducation, psychotherapy services, case management, and structured accountability initiatives.

Clinical Supervision for Limited Licensed Clinicians
Supervision is foundational to developing confidence, competence, and professional identity as a clinician. We provide structured supervision for LLPCs, TLLPs, and LLMSWs within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Supervision offerings include:

Individual supervision

Group supervision (up to 8 clinicians)

Case consultation and professional development

Support in refining therapeutic orientation and style
Supervision Options
Option 1: Service-Based Supervision
Supervision offered at no cost for limited licensed clinicians who provide therapeutic services through Mind Management Institute.
Option 2: Independent Supervision
For clinicians unable to complete service hours with MMI:

Group supervision: $30 per session

Individual supervision: $20 per session

Community-Based Mental Health Education
