Let’s PAUSE The Galentine’s Day Community Edition of Let’s PAUSE is a curated virtual experience designed for women who are constantly managing responsibilities yet rarely give themselves structured space to recalibrate. This is not a casual self care gathering. It is a guided introduction to the PAUSE framework grounded in health psychology, nervous system science, and practical application. In this live session, participants will engage in thoughtful reflection, gain insight into their stress patterns, and learn a foundational regulation skill that can be implemented immediately. The experience is intentionally designed to move beyond awareness into embodied practice. Women will leave with greater clarity about how chronic urgency operates in their lives and a tangible tool to begin interrupting it. This community edition serves as the gateway into the six week Let’s PAUSE cohort. It offers a meaningful preview of the depth, structure, and clinical integrity that define the full program. For the woman who feels that stopping is a luxury she cannot afford, this experience gently challenges that belief and provides a practical alternative.
